Bucks Co. School Bus Catches Fire With 36 Students Onboard: Police (Photos) Authorities in Newtown are investigating two separate fires involving school vehicles on Friday morning, March 22, according to the township police department.  The first fire happened in the parking lot at St. Andrew Catholic Education Center on Wrights Road around 7:45 a.m., police said. Bucks Bus Driver Was DUI With 12 Students Onboard, Affidavit Says (Updated) A Council Rock School District bus driver is accused of driving under the influence while dropping off students late last year, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice.  Matthew Dudek, 35, of East Norriton, is charged with DUI and a dozen counts of endangering the welfare of a child, court records show.  Police wrote in an affidavit that it happened on Dec. 15.
