Officer Dragged By Car Of DelCo Woman Trying To Flee Police, Authorities Say A Delaware County woman was arrested on multiple charges for dragging an officer with her car while attempting to flee from police Wednesday morning, authorities said. Officers responding to the 400 block of South 5th Street on a report of a disturbance found a vehicle reportedly involved in the incident leaving the scene and stopped the driver, Colwyn Borough police said. After an officer noticed a large container of marijuana and a large amount of cash in the car, the 22-year-old Chester City woman attempted to flee the scene, dragging the officer a short distance, police said.
