Driver Robbed Of $40K While Fixing Flat Tire In Philadelphia: Authorities A group of thieves made off with about $40,000 in jewelry after a robbery in Center City Philadelphia last week, according to police.  It happened on the 100 block of South 9th Street, investigators said.
