A 19-year-old man is in custody after a chase through Chester County early Saturday morning, March 23, according to a police report from state troopers. Authorities said they were called about a possible kidnapping in Caln Township around 4:45 a.m. and chased a suspect vehicle through East Fallowfield and West Bradford townships.
