PA's Bam Margera Charged With Public Drunkenness In California, Challenges Knoxville To Fight One-time "Jackass" star and West Chester native Bam Margera was arrested in southern California last week on charges of public drunkenness, according to police records.  In online arrest records, Burbank police say that Margera, 43 — whose real name is Brandon — arrived at a restaurant in the city to meet his family around 5:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 29.  Margera "arrived intoxicated" and was later arrested on charges of public drunkenness, the records claim.
