New York Sex Offender Caught With Child Porn: Pennsylvania State Police A 57-year-old sex offender from New York has been caught with child porn in Pennsylvania.  James Dale Blankenship was convicted of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl in 1995, according to the New York Sex Offender registry.  After serving six months in a Jamestown City jail he was released to serve five years of probation, the NY records show.  After moving to Pennsylvania in the early 2000s he was caught failing to register as a sex offender and making related violations a few times, serving time in Pennsylvania prisons, according to court records with the state. &nbs…

Oklahoma Child Sex Offender Escapes Pennsylvania Prison: State Police A registered sex offender convicted in Oklahoma has escaped from police in Pennsylvania — again.  Dave Luther Kendrick, 35, original of Stillwater, Oklahoma escaped the Keystone Correctional Facility located at 7201 Allentown Boulevard, West Hanover Township, Dauphin County, by going to a doctor's appointment, according to a release by the Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 2.  He had taken a photo for the Megan's Law Registry on July 25, and 26, and listed the facility as his home address.
