Lobster Roll Chain To Set Up Shop In Lehigh Valley

Chain restaurant Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls will open its first Pennsylvania restaurant in Lehigh County.

The new location is slated to open for business at Promenade Saucon Valley sometime late this summer, property managers announced on Tuesday.

While freshly sourced lobster from Maine is Mason's signature offering, diners can also choose from crab, shrimp, chowders, and bisques, the restaurant says on its website.

The chain currently operates 36 locations in 12 states plus Washington, D.C.

The Center Valley location will be next to Slime Time at the Promenade Saucon Valley, 2845 Center Valley Parkway.
