York Coroner Called To Crash Into Tree A man crashed into a tree and died Thursday night, according to the York County coroner. Crews responded to a single-vehicle crash into a tree in the 650 block of Potts Hill Road in Newberry Township around 10:30 p.m. The coroner was called around 11 p.m. A man was declared deceased at the scene from multiple blunt force trauma at 11:47 p.m., according to the coroner's office. No one else was in the vehicle. An autopsy will not be conducted, but a routine toxicology report will still be done. Police in Newberry Township continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
