Woman Impersonating Pennsylvania State Trooper Spotted In Adams County A woman impersonating a Pennsylvania State Police Trooper is on the loose, authorities announced on Thursday, Dec. 21.  The woman was seen "dressed in a grey uniform including duty belt, police-style vehicle, and police signage," East Berlin Police Department Chief Terry Seitz stated in a release.  She was spotted in Adams County and could be traveling in the surrounding areas, Seitz explained.
