Kenneth Cobb, 59, died at an area hospital after he was shot and killed outside the Amtrak station in Harrisburg near 4th and Chestnut streets around 9:30 p.m. on Mar. 27, police say. Targeted Killing Near Lebanon Train Station: Police A 32-year-old man was shot dead— in what police think was a targeted killing— near Lebanon Train Station on Wednesday night, according to a release by city police. Police were dispatched to a report of gunshots fired in the 300 block of North 8th Street in Lebanon City on Feb. 23 at 9:51 p.m., according to a release by Lebanon City Police Chief Todd H.
