Evacuation Ends! Bomb Threat At Lancaster County Business Fake, Police Say An evacuation is over after a business received a bomb threat Friday morning, East Hempfield police announced around 11 a.m. Officers were called to Shanks Extracts located at 350 Richardson Drive at 6:25 a.m. on Jan. 26. "Employees had just discovered a message that had been left on the company’s phone system indicating that the building was going to explode," police said.
