: Man Shot By Law Enforcement After Threatening Officers With Blow Torch ID'd
UPDATE: The man who was shot by law enforcement on Tuesday, following a standoff, has been identified as Zachary Robert Gilbaugh, 38, of Chester County, according to Lancaster Online citing East Earl Township police. Gilbaugh is in critical condition, according to Lancaster County media specialist Sean McBryan.
