1 Hospitalized After Fire Above Pub In Lancaster One person has been hospitalized following an early morning fire in Lancaster on Friday, April 7, 2023, authorities say.  The two-alarm fire broke out above Brendee's Irish Pub at 449 West Lemon Street around 5:30 a.m., according emergency dispatch.  The fire started in a residence on the third floor causing significant damage and the lower floors had smoke and water damage, according to Chief Todd Hutchinson with Lancaster Fire and Rescue. York City Fire and Rescue Services were called to the 200 block of West Jackson Street for a residential fire around 11 p.m., where the blaze had spread to multiple apartments.
