Tractor-Trailer Crash Caused Major Backup On RT 222 A tractor-trailer crash has caused a backup on Route 222 in Lancaster County on Wednesday morning, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The crash happened in the southbound lanes immediately following the Oregon Pike or Route 272 exit around 7:15 a.m. Manheim Township Police were dispatched to Route 222 South near Landis Valley Road for the two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer and dump truck.
