John Fetterman At Capitol Rally For Legalizing Marijuana Hundreds of people gathered on the steps of Pennsylvania’s Capitol building to celebrate 4/20 and push for the legalization of the recreational use of marijuana. “Today is a joyous occasion to not only celebrate weed, but to seriously commit ourselves to full marijuana legalization and ending the War on Drugs.” said Senate hopeful and Lt.
