More Fraud, Theft Charges For PA Pool Shop Owner Who Scammed Dozens Of Clients, DA Says A Pennsylvania pool shop owner accused of scamming dozens of clients out of thousands of dollars is facing additional fraud and theft charges, authorities announced Wednesday.
