Steelton Elks, Cyrene Lodge #169, Shuttered By Mayor Following a shooting outside the Steelton Elks Lodge, the Mayor has ordered it to close "effective immediately," as stated in a release late on Friday night.  The shooting happened in the 100 block of Frank S. Brown Boulevard just after 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 23, according to the Steelton police. Ricky Jermaine Anderson Arrested By US Marshals In Steelton A man featured in the Pennsylvania State Police Harrisburg's Top 5 Most Wanted Fugitive list in January  2024 has been captured by the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, The US Marshals Service announced late on Feb. 21.  Ricky Jermaine Anderson, 44 of Steelton, was located by US Marshals with the assistance of the Steelton Police on Feb. 16, U.S. Marshal William Pugh detailed in Wednesday's release.  Anderson was found in the 100 block of Frank S.
