Ex-PA Care Facility Worker Accused Of Raping 94-Year-Old Resident With Dementia A former employee at a care facility in the Lehigh Valley was arrested on charges he raped a 94-year-old resident, authorities said. Anthony Clark, 48, of Allentown, was immediately fired from his position after the incident on Feb. 2 at South Mountain Memory Care on Seventh Street in Emmaus, according to District Attorney Jim Martin and Emmaus Police Chief Jason Apgar.
