It all started when state police attempted a traffic stop in the area of Dunkle and Greenwood streets around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Mar. 8, the police release states. Courtney Jamiel Buckner, 36, of Harrisburg, fled the scene in her 2016 Honda Civic, according to the release.
