Warren County Prosecutor Jim Pfeiffer confirmed that the suspect had shot the woman and then opened fire on officers responding to the 1:15 p.m. April 8 incident just off Hanover Street in Phillipsburg. Tyrone Michael Parson, 19, of Stroudsburg lured Jaheem Keith Alston, also 19, into a purported drug deal before pulling out a gun and firing several shots at him on Oct. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
