Man Accused Of Raping Girls, There Maybe More Victims, Lebanon County DA Says A 34-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting three children and raping at least one girl – and he may have more victims, the Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf announced on Friday, Feb. 9. Jason Shirk has been arrested on charges related to the sexual assault of three young children beginning in 2015, court records show.  Lebanon County Detectives began their investigation when two of the girls came forward in 022.
