Winning 'Millionaire Raffle' Lottery Ticket Sold In Harrisburg A Pennsylvania Lottery player in North Philadelphia earned the jackpot prize playing the New Year's Millionaire Raffle on Saturday, Jan. 6, according to state gaming officials.  The lucky player won one of four million-dollar prizes in the final drawing for the game, said lotto representatives.
