An evacuation is over after a business received a bomb threat Friday morning, East Hempfield police announced around 11 a.m. Officers were called to Shanks Extracts located at 350 Richardson Drive at 6:25 a.m. on Jan. 26. Security personnel at Hershey's Chocolate World alerted dispatchers at the Dauphin County 911 Center of a reported bomb threat to the facility at 3:25 p.m., on Aug. 11, according to Dauphin County Communications Director Jennifer Fitch. Magisterial District Judge Russell’s staff received a threat by phone to his office at 609 East Main Street around 9:25 a.m., according to Ephrata Borough police.
