Couple Murders: Doorbell Video Shows Ex-Con Repeatedly Stabbing Hackensack Woman, Police Say UPDATE: A doorbell camera captured horrific video -- and audio -- of an ex-con from Paterson repeatedly stabbing a Hackensack woman outside her home, law enforcement sources said Thursday. Clarence S. Stokes, 42, apparently had come to see Stanley Gunter and Latrice Avery on Wednesday evening to discuss living in a room in their Fairmount Avenue home.
