$1,500 Reward Offered For ID Of Howard County Bank Robber A $1,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a Howard County bank robber. The robbery happened at Howard Bank on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City on Dec. 3, at 1 p.m., Howard County police said. A man approached the counter and told the clerk he had a weapon, then passed a note announcing a robbery was taking place and demanding cash, police said. After receiving the money the suspect fled and no one was injured.
