Third Person Killed In Targeted Shooting In Three Days In Central PA Neighborhood: Police A 23-year-old man has been shot dead, in the second deadly shooting incident in one central Pennsylvania neighborhood in just three days, according to the police. Harrisburg police were called to a shooting near 17th and Zarker streets in the Allison Hill area of Harrisburg on Wednesday, Mar. 16 around 7 p.m., according to the release.
