Road Rage: Man 'Spit Into The Face Of Elderly Driver' In Lower Paxton Township, Police Say A road rage incident is under investigation in Lower Paxton Township, police say. Area police were called to a report of a road rage incident in the area of South Mountain Road and Allentown Boulevard on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at approximately 11 a.m., according to a release by the department on Thursday.
