Man Held In PA Prison For Felony Robbery Found Dead In Cell An inmate at a Pennsylvania Prison was found dead in his cell last week, according to a release by county officials. Paul William Reardon, 35, of Ephrata, was found unresponsive in his cell during a routine check on Tuesday, Feb. 1, at 11:46 a.m., according to the release. Prison staff conducted CPR, utilized an AED and called 911, as stated in the release. Lancaster City fire and EMS personnel arrived and conducted lifesaving, before he was taken to Lancaster General Hospital, the release states. The first warrant for Kenny Cruz-Miranda, 25 of the 130 block of Locust Street in Lancaster, was issued on April 14 for stealing a Craftsman Generator and welding helmet from the Lowes located at 25 Rohrerstown Road on April 12, police said. The second warrant was issued April 27 for a theft for a total value of $369 at a different Lowe's located at 1175 Carlisle Road on April 22. Both warrants are for misdemeanor retail theft.
