Paulette Lee, 76, died on Thursday, Sept. 26, a Camden County Police Department spokesperson said. Officers responded to the crash involving a pedestrian at the intersection of Ferry and Parker avenues at around 7:35 p.m. Paramedics rushed Lee to Cooper University Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The crash happened north of Exit 98 on the southbound side of the parkway in Wall Township on Wednesday, Oct. 2, the state Department of Transportation said. Allen Miller Jr., 45, died in the pedestrian crash on Route 40, a state police spokesperson said on Monday, Sept 30. Troopers responded to the wreck near milepost 20.5 at around 2:56 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 28. Investigators said an unknown vehicle was heading east on Route 40 when it struck Miller and left the area. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remained under investigation.
