Pierre A. Milien, 60 of Pemberton, NJ, is accused of taking exactly $29,371 in merchandise from a business located at 1400 AIP Dr. Suite 400 Middletown, PA, the Lower Swatara Township Police Department detailed in the release.

"The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred in August of 2022," the police stated in the release.

Milien is the owner of Classe Courier Services, LLC, according to his LinkedIn and court documents obtained by Daily Voice.

He was supposedly picking up items that he supposedly did not know anything about in PA and men in SUVs from New York would come to his location in NJ to collect them, Milien told police according to the affidavit of probable cause. This went on for three days.

The items turned out to be HVAC and heating and cooling supplies. Milian and the real owners of the supplies were never paid, the police explained in the affidavit.

Milien was released from custody on $25,000 in bail, court records show, it was set by Judge Michael J. Smith on July 16.

Milien's formal arraignment is scheduled before Judge William T. Tully at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 6.
