Fatal Crash Involving Motorcycle Closes Part Of I-81: PennDOT A fatal crash involving a motorcycle has closed part of Interstate 81 in Central Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation spokeswoman Fritzi Schreffler told Daily Voice on Saturday evening, Aug. 31. The deadly crash completely shuttered the southbound lanes of I-81 near the crash scene at mile marker 82 beginning around 5:30 p.m., Schreffler detailed. Traffic is being detoured at exit 85 in South Hanover Township. The interstate was closed for several hours., reopening around 9:19 p.m., according to an updated statement from Schreffler. CAT Killing: Feline Pet Killed By BB Gun In Central Pennsylvania, Police Say A cat has died after being shot repeatedly with a BB gun in Central Pennsylvania, police announced on Monday, Oct. 16.  The animal cruelty incident happened "sometime overnight between Wednesday, October 11th and Thursday, October 12th," the Camp Hill Police Department said.  An unknown person shot the domestic cat multiple times with a BB gun in the 200 block of North 24th Street, the Camp Hill PD explained.  The cat has passed away due to the wounds it sustained in the shooting, according to the police.  Anyone with information regarding this animal cruelty incident …
