Chilling Police Video Shows Woman Assaulted In Philadelphia: Authorities Detectives are looking for a man caught on video assaulting a woman on a Philadelphia street.  It happened just before 8 p.m. Sunday night, Feb. 11 on the 400 block of East Girard Avenue in Fishtown, city police said in a release.  The suspect approached the 24-year-old victim from behind and made verbal threats before physically assaulting her, according to investigators. Woman Steals Cash, Lotto Tickets In Bucks Armed Robbery A masked woman wielding a handgun held up a Bucks County smoke shop, authorities have announced.  Police said the suspect entered Levittown News and Tobacco on South Oxford Valley Road in Falls Township just before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27.  The robber brandished a black, semiautomatic pistol, and stole cash and lottery tickets before fleeing the scene on foot, officials said.  She is described as a 5-foot-6 white woman in her 30s or 40s with a thin build.
