PA State Trooper Hurt In Hit-Run On I-95: Police The suspect is at large after a state trooper was injured when a passing driver hit his squad car on I-95 on Sunday, authorities say. The hit-and-run happened in the southbound lanes in Chester City around 3:45 p.m. Aug. 6, state police explained.  The trooper was pulled over at the scene of a two-car crash when a passing car struck his driver's side door, police said. Missing NJ State Trooper Found Safe In Pennsylvania A 46-year-old New Jersey State Trooper who went missing last weekend has been found safe, authorities said.   Jason Dare was last seen walking away from a health facility in Media, PA, (Delaware County) on Sunday, March 19 at about 7 p.m., according to  New Jersey State Police. In a social media post on Friday, March 24, State Police reported that Dare had been found safe in Pennsylvania. Dare's LinkedIn profile shows he apparently lives in Vineland, NJ. "Thank you everyone for your support and your invaluable tips," State Police wrote on Twitter.

‘I Hope You Get COVID!’ PA Woman Yelled While Spitting On Pennsylvania State Trooper A Pennsylvania woman spit in a state trooper’s face and yelled, “I hope you get COVID-19,” while she was being arrested, state police said in a release. The Mifflin County trooper was called to an inactive domestic incident at a home on King Street in Armagh Township on Sunday, Feb. 27 just before 8 a.m., the release shows. Amanda Marie Daubert, 24, of Milroy, was being arrested at the home on a summary charge for harassment, court records show.
