11-Year-Old Girl Shot In Philadelphia: Police
An 11-year-old girl was among the victims after shots rang out in West Philadelphia last on Wednesday, July 19, city police told Daily Voice. The girl was shot at on South 52 Street around 11:30 p.m., the department said. Officers arrived to find her with a gunshot wound to the hip. A 32-year-old man was also shot in the leg, according to police. The girl was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia by a private vehicle while first responders took the man to Penn Presbyterian Hospital, authorities said.
