A Spring City man is charged with more than 500 counts in two separate cases of alleged forgery, identity theft, and related offenses, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office. A Chester County area basketball trainer is accused of sexually abusing child athletes for years, prosecutors say. Zachary Ray, 31, of Wynnewood, is charged with aggravated indecent assault, child pornography, unlawful contact, and related counts, said the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
