PA Pedestrian, 83, Killed In Accident On Route 309: Officials An 83-year-old pedestrian is dead following a crash in Quakertown on Monday, Sept. 4, according to the Bucks County Coroner's Office.  The victim was hit by a vehicle on Route 309 on Saturday, Sept. 2, the Coroner Meredith Buck said.  He died from multiple injuries and the manner was ruled accidental, authorities said.
