Enqrique Lopez-Gomez Charged With Child's Murder: Chesco DA
A 21-month-old child in Kennett Township died after being beaten by an adult man, prosecutors say.
Enrique Lopez-Gomez, 20, of West Grove, is charged with third-degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, and related counts, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
Authorities said they were called to a home on the 600 block of Cope Road around 11 p.m. Monday, June 24.
When they arrived, the child's mother brought him outside wrapped in a blanket and foaming from the mouth and nose, prosecutors said. He was bruised and had no pulse, authorities noted. …
