PA Homicide Suspect Arrested In Dominican Republic Fourteen years ago Michael Evans died from stab wounds in Lancaster, but on Thursday, his accused killer was arrested in the Dominican Republic.  A warrant of Carl Hunter Sr. known as "Low" was issued in 2018 in connection with the deadly stabbing of Evans. He was arrested in the Dominican Republic at 9:18 a.m. on Sept. 14, 2023.
