One Killed, One Badly Injured In West Philly Shooting: Police One man was gunned down and another is in critical condition after gunfire rang out in a West Philadelphia neighborhood late on Wednesday, authorities say.  Police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Folsom Street in Mantua just after 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 15, the department told Daily Voice.
