Cousin Stabbed Victim To Death While Mom Watched, PA Judge Finds A man in Bucks County will serve prison time for the 2021 stabbing death of his own cousin, a judge ruled Tuesday, Aug. 1 following a two-day waiver trial.  David Joseph Jenner was convicted of first-degree murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and related crimes, said Bucks District Attorney Matthew Weintraub's Office in a release.  According to evidence presented in court, 43-year-old Charlie R.
