Chester County Woman Convicted Of Kidnapping Her 6-Year-Old Child A Chester County woman was found guilty of kidnapping her six-year-old son after failing to follow the terms of her custody agreement, authorities said. Rebecca Kirshenbaum, 50, of Phoenixville, was convicted on charges of kidnapping of a minor, concealing the whereabouts of a child, & endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
