Police Identify Pedestrian Killed In Lansdale Wreck Authorities have named the 57-year-old man who was hit and killed walking across Church Road in Lansdale last month.  Victor Bonanni was crossing between Pennbrook Parkway and Station Square Boulevard late on Dec. 22 when he was struck by a southbound car, police said. Montco Dog Owner Found Guilty of Neglect: Report A 62-year-old Montgomery County man was fined $100 for leaving his dog in an unattended car over the summer, North Penn Now reports.  Police in Upper Gwynedd were called to a shopping center on Valley Forge Road on Aug. 4 after passersby noticed a dog in an unattended car. According to the report, the windows were only cracked and the air conditioning was not running.  The dog's owner, who was only identified as a Towamencin resident, was cited when he returned to the car with his groceries. Methacton Lacrosse Coach Who Punched Player During Game Faces Harassment Charge A volunteer lacrosse coach who last month punched a North Penn High School player during a game has been charged with harassment. The charge carries a $300 fine and maximum sentence of 90 days in jail for Garth Little, 50, CBS News reports.
