14-Year-Old Killed In Bensalem Hit-Run, Say Police A teenager is dead following a hit-and-run accident in Bensalem late Thursday night, township police say.  It happened in the westbound lanes of Street Road near the Route 1 overpass around 10:15 p.m. on July 6, the department said.  Two teens were crossing the road mid-block when an oncoming sedan swerved left to avoid them, according to police.
