PA Driver, 48, Seriously Hurt In Early-Morning Route 78 Crash: State Police A 48-year-old Pennsylvania man was seriously injured in a crash on Route 78 in New Jersey overnight, police said. The Coplay driver lost control in Clinton Township around 3:50 a.m. Sunday, March 31 and ran off the roadway to the right, hitting a guardrail near on the westbound side, New Jersey State Police said. The driver suffered serious injuries and was taken to an area hospital. The accident remains under investigation and there is no additional information available.

The crash occurred near the intersection of Route 78 and Route 523 in Tewksbury on the morning of Tuesday, April 12, according to the Whitehouse Rescue Squad. Photos show the nearly unrecognizable vehicle after it had struck a telephone pole near an underpass.
