Missing Bucks County Man Found Safe: Police (Updated) Plumstead police say a man declared missing on Tuesday, Sept. 26 has been found safe.  Jakob Nunez, 21, was located "safe and sound" Friday morning, Sept. 29, authorities said.  "The Plumstead Township Police Department would like to express our appreciation and gratitude for those who took the time to assist in locating Mr. Nunez."
