Bucks Driver Busted With Meth In Routine Traffic Stop, Police Say A Bucks County man was busted with methamphetamine in a routine traffic stop, police said. William Sweeney, 50, was pulled over for a traffic violation near Pennsylvania Avenue and Street Road when around 9:10 p.m. on May 4, Upper Southampton Township Police Department said. An officer made contact with Sweeney, who seemed hunched towards the steering wheel, police said. When officers saw drugs and drug paraphernalia, a K9 officer was called to the scene to sniff out the vehicle, authorities said.
