Pedestrian Killed On Schuylkill Expressway In Philadelphia: PSP A pedestrian's death on the Schuylkill Expressway early Friday morning, Sept. 15, was confirmed by state police to Daily Voice.  The victim was fatally struck near the intersection with Spring Garden Street around 3 a.m., according to Trooper Michele Naab.  Their name was not released pending notification of loved ones, she added.  PSP continues to investigate.

Quakertown Pedestrian, 83, Killed In Accident On Route 309: Officials An 83-year-old pedestrian is dead following a crash in Quakertown on Monday, Sept. 4, according to the Bucks County Coroner's Office.  The victim was hit by a vehicle on Route 309 on Saturday, Sept. 2, the Coroner Meredith Buck said.  He died from multiple injuries and the manner was ruled accidental, authorities said. The Coroner's Office did not name the victim but said he was a Montgomery County resident.  Quakertown police have not announced any charges in connection with the fatal accident as of Friday, Sept. 8.
