$20K Reward Offered In Deadly Philadelphia Arson Fire Police in Philadelphia are still searching for answers in a November arson fire that killed a man in his car.  Authorities were called to 3501 N. 10th Street around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 17 for a reported vehicle fire, Daily Voice reported.  At the scene, PFD Engine 50 put out a fire that had engulfed two cars, a Dodge Ram and a Jeep Cherokee, authorities said. Update: Philly 1-Year-Old Found Safe A Philadelphia 1-year-old Nova White reported missing Tuesday has been found safe. Nova White had last been seen with a man known as Ronald White, 32, in the 1200 block of N. 10th Street in Philadelphia on Jan. 19 at 8:10 a.m., Pennsylvania State Police said in a Facebook post. She was located around 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, police said.
