Bucks County Hunter Surrenders Months After Shooting That Killed 18-Year-Old Jason Kutt Authorities on Wednesday announced the arrest of a 52-year-old man in the deadly October shooting of 18-year-old Jason Albert Kutt in Nockamixon State Park.
