Escaped Inmate Alleem Borden Philadelphia The search for an inmate who escaped custody earlier this week in Philadelphia is heating up with new information, and a new reward being offered by the U.S. Marshals Service. Alleem Borden ran from officers on the 1300 block of North Allison Street in West Philly around 6:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26, Philadelphia police said.  He was reportedly being held in connection with a stolen car. Gino Hagenkotter Found Dead The body of an escaped Philadelphia inmate was found in a warehouse, officials said. Gino Hagenkotter's body was found in a warehouse on the 1100 block of E. Venango Street around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 11, city police said. Hagenkotter, 34, an inmate at Riverside Correctional Facility, escaped while working a detail assignment in the orchard behind Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Facility (PICC) on Nov. 30.
